i am fed up with Virgin and their service. For the last two days have been complaining about slow speeds on broadband . I have a Super Hub 2ac fitted and speed upgraded to 100mps. During the last 2weeks since monitoring, download nothing above 66 and on average 35. Upload at 6mps. Spoke to Virgin, they now say since I only have iPads and not PC or laptop then that is the best I am going to get for speeds. I pay for 100mps, and don't get anywhere near it. You are about to loose a customer. Hope you read this Mr Branson

If you are only testing wireless then that is probably the best you are going to get. NO ISP guarentees wireless speeds, too much outside of their control, so you will have this problem wherever you go if that is how you are testing your speeds.

Sorry for your slow speeds, I'll do my best to get to the bottom of it for you.
Firstly 6mb upstream speed is exactly what you should be getting. Downstream though should be higher.
Would you please run a few speed tests via speedtest.net and post the results on here?
But please make sure you do that via a wired connection if possible. I wonder if you could borrow a neighbour's laptop perhaps?
There are too many variables with a wireless connection - such as the WLAN card specifications on your device, the level of interference from other wireless devices and obstacles within the immediate environment - these factors are not within our control.
