Hi Emma, thanks for the PM. I was just wondering if you could take another look at this as it seems like massive improvements have been made? We had an outage the other day and since then I've got a new IP which seems to have been transferred to Norwich for another area (it currently geolocates to Hartlepool), and speeds have been very good, around 170Mbps.
Looks like peak time over-utilisation is back. Please can I have a fault number? I just signed a new contract a few weeks ago because everything was fine. There's no way I should be paying for this. What a joke.
