Hi all. I've had a really poor connection speed since the beginning of December 2016. Have made numerous calls to Virgin, had an engineer visit and have had a replacement hub but still getting no where near the stated 100mbs speed. The best I've had is in the day time of 45 mbs but every evening between 6 and 7pm this always drops dramatically to often less than 3 mbs. Virgin give no explanation for this and insist everything their end is OK. Well you can imagine trying to go online with now TV whilst my son tries online gaming is often impossible. Could there be a change of server that creates this problem? Anyone any ideas as I'm to the point of giving up and trying Sky......
