I'm sorry to read that you are experiencing slow broadband speeds.
I've taken a look at your connection and there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area which is causing slow speeds. Our networks team are investigating the problem and are improving bandwidth and performance to help with this issue. The reference number is F004609725 and with a review date of 21st September.
One of my colleagues will be in touch shortly with more information in regards to this issue.
How can they say it's a "problem in your area" when everybody all over the country is complaining about speed? I get 2 MB out of 50 constantly, near Manchester aswell. Someone from the tech support told me the ETR is 28 december. I hope it will be 2016. This is a goddamn joke.
today (sunday) I had no service between 3am and 2pm and the since speed be bad, one page took 10 minutes to load and other sites i get unable to connect to server. now i am hovering at 7mbps download speed
