So all was fine I had full 200mbs speed almost constantly that was until four days ago when for no reason my internet cut out I called up virgin media and a engineer was sent out who fixed the no internet issue but now I barely get 10mbs if I'm lucky. I with the vivd 200mps package and nothing has changed on my end. 200mbs is what I am paying for and expect. I need help, answers and want my 200mbs back.
