So here it is, been over six months since I last kicked off about this....actually it's been over a year since it was first raised.
And now i'm back again. Slow speeds every evening to the point of having broadband is pointless. I just tether my mobile phone nowadays.
Can I get an update for F004311662?
I recall getting an email to say my £12.50 a month discount rate for poor service was coming to an end. Should be doubling that if anything considering it's getting worse.
I tried calling last night to get this sorted, but your call centre cut me off twice after a 15 minute wait.
How is this acceptable in any way?

I've taken a look at the high peak time traffic fault (F004311662) and our engineers are still working on this to improve bandwidth with a review date of 28th December.
One of my colleagues will be in touch shortly with more information in regards to this issue.

I've noticed that the discount on my bill is no longer being applied for this open fault.
