Best option like i said to put file a collective action and put them to the court!..otherwise nothing going to change!!!! I cant even watch stupid movie on 365 px ..Still buffering :-/// For me is inaf really..:-/
Moved across to Virgin last week on the basis that it offered fastest download in the area and great facilities for protecting against undesirable websites/traffic etc as partner runs a child minding business so Safeguarding essential. Turned on the filtering and download speeds went through the floor dropping from 50Mbps (as advertised to this).
#woeful I had better speeds in the 90's.
Is this a joke? Just a temporary problem, or simply the overhead the filtering service is placing on my router? If either of the latter two then I demand that something is done about it immediately. The kit just ain't up to it!!!
Oh yeah. Forgot to mention TV on Demand not working too and when I spoke with support there was no projected fix date.
Can anyone offer confirmation that this is general or advice on how to improve things. If not then I'm not getting the advertised product and will be off!
Its general problem. Virgin is simply awefull company and lying customers! And why? Simply because want stealing money from as. And one thinks.. The will definitelly put the fix date but be ready the fix day will be changing many times like everone hapends!
