Constant slow speeds, quicker internet 20 years ago

Can someone from virgin please let me know what's going on, I've constantly had terrible internet speeds for the last year, rarely above 5mbps in peak times, virgin have put a new router in but no better!

Not getting the service I'm paying for so surely have grounds to break the contract?

Hi There,

If you install netalyzr on your mobile or your pc and run it you should be able to find out exactly whats wrong. I use it all the time in work and some are like how the **bleep** do you know that

Best to download it from android store, quicker and easier.

Thanks, but I'm ultimately not getting the service I'm paying for. How are you going to compensate me / reduce my bill until this is resolved?

Just so you know it won't be resolved by the date given above.

If VM are 100% at fault, utilisation (over subscribing) is their problem, then make a formal complaint with VM, after 8 weeks if its not resolved take it to CISAS, follow this simple guide to make it easier.

You can, if you provide enough evidence to CISAS you can get up to, if not more than 50% of your BB costs.

Hit them in their pocket not yours.

Don't procrastinate, go and do it.
