Broadband slower than a snail

hi,

Have little speed. 

Cannot even watch Netflix on tv that's hard wired to router. Times out. 

I won't be paying this month and I'll be slowly feeding you the rest of the money.. let's see how you like it..as far as I'm concerned you are in breach of contract  you are not providing the service that I signed for..it works both ways..

 

tbh reading all the other posts you seem to have the same issue everywhere

What speed should you be getting, and what speed are you getting?

Frustratingly, one thing you will find speeds up very rapidly as a result of withholding payment is the demise of your credit score....

Plus never said I'd withhold it, said it would be slow to come across. Cannot be helped if I make payments via the internet and the connection is **bleep** poor .

That really won't do you any favours.

If you're having serious speed issues, ring in and log it.

Every.

Single.

Time.

That way if you do seek recompense for an unsatisfactory service it's on record that it's not a one-time occurrence.

And pray tell how do you log a fault with them if you cannot get through to them?

I don't see why I should pay over £90 for a 150MBps service when I don't get it- to be perfectly honest its theft whichever way you look at it!

Oh and that was a 'lets upgrade you free of charge'- who are you trying to kid!

I get quicker speeds connected to 3's mobile phone service!

How do I order a new hub? How do I book an engineer? Why can I not do any of this online- We are in the 21st century? I do not want to speak to India, or Mars thanks very much
