Very low broadband speeds, as low as 5mbps although supposed to be 100mbps.
is anyone else having this problem?
I've had Virgin do the remote access speed check and couldn't get better than 25mbps. notihng has been done about it since, rang today to be told they would have to do alllll the same checks again.
please sort it out virgin, not acceptable to be paying for 100 but not getting better than old dial up speeds.
no routine work in the area or any errors or faults from the virgin servers, possibly faulty router??
im in area 30 and only getting less than 1mbs tonight . and i pay for 50mbs . ill be ringing in the morning
