Hi I am currently paying for a 200 vivid line but when tested through out the day I'm getting a speed between 55-80 Mbps. This is via a wired connection. I have tried multiple cables and a different router (just paid to upgrade to a hub 3) and this has made no difference. Am I missing something or am I being ripped off by paying to have a line that doesn't even deliver 50% of what it's meant to. What can I do to reach the speeds I pay for

I have tested your connection from here and I noticed a number of time outs inside the Hubs logs, in order to resolve this I would like to arrange for an engineer to attend and investigate things further for you.
