Talk to team password

How do I re-set my security password that I am asked for regarding telephone help calls ?

When you speak to a Customer Service agent, they can take you through alternate security and reset it for you.

In the automated system, if you don't enter anything at the password character prompts, you will bypass it after a short while and get the options to be put through to someone.
