How can virgin insist i upgrade my modem to superhub 3, when there are so many bad reports and issues with it, and threaten to remove my broadband service; **bleep**s!!!
While the hub 3 is rather problematic, people with old DOCSIS 2 kit are being moved off that side of the network (presumably it is being shut down - to allow VM to provider faster downstream and upstream speeds across the board.)
You could always ask customer services if they would issue you with a Superhub 2 AC instead.
