broadband hub

hub keeps disconnecting and over heating  throughout the day Ive tried restarting but still seems to do it

If it's overheating i would call the faults team as it maybe a hardware issue and perhaps dangerous, my super hub 3.0 gets luke warm to the touch at best.

Is the Hub standing upright. If not and you have it on its side then it will overheat. If it is then make sure it has room around it for air flow.

Really sorry for the issues you've had with your Hub. I was going to order a replacement for you but it looks like this might have already been done, as the Hub linked to the IP from which you last posted is no longer active.

Please confirm if everything is now working well for you. If you do still require our intervention I'll be happy to take another look.
