Router keeps going on and off. Picture pixelated

Hi. Does anyone have any idea why my broadband constantly logs us on and off about 10 times a day

It also pixelates every few hours on various channels. Brilliant when you pay for HD and it looks like a cheap online stream???

I did ring virgin but after forcing me to restart and then hang up. The second call the lady just hung up on me!!!

I have a similar issue with my Superhub3 rebooting all the time.

Not had the issue with the tv channels though... 

I am personally wondering if it could be an issue with your line (weather conditions etc) but I am no expert.

Hopefully your issue will be sorted soon Smiley Happy

Sorry to hear about the problems with your connection. I've just taken a look and I can see what you mean. Your power levels are out of range and you're getting quite a lot of time-outs. Hi heather. Hopefully the engineer will fix the broadband that is constantly switching on and off meaning I end up using all my EE data after 5 days

Maybe even a refund on some of my line rental costs so far for my faulty system??

Hi heather.

The engineer has been round and replaced various bits and bobs. Says it was faulty wiring and connections. I've been payin for hd and been watching pixels for months. He said the wifi wasn't working at the connection too so no wonder I've lost my wifi every 2 hours

Is there any credits available as I did wonder if virgin were just plain awful or was I just unlucky. I was already heading back to sky

Well this is great. Spent my Saturday waiting for virgin to come. It works for half a day and now my broadband is on and off again.

Should have stayed with sky. Paying for a VIP package and for this I get 20 minutes of broadband a day!!!
