Power Levels - Packet Loss

I've noticed these last few weeks that my BQM has had low level packet loss consistently throughout the day.

I logged into my Hub 3.0 and my DS are around -4/5 and my US at the limit of 53+. Could this be looked at as it may need a tech visit? It may be due to local works as the street outside has been dug up repeatedly these last few weeks.
