Normal time to wait for Engineer for total outage.

Had 2 outages in one property and another outage in another all within a 400M radius. On all occasions the booking for an engineer has been 7 days or more from initial report. Is it just me or is this unacceptable length of time for a total outage. Seems like cost cutting to me too many subscribers and not enough staff for when there is a problem.

 

What is the official SLA with virgin?

As Virgin Media is a residential service, up to 7 days is not unusual. The SLA for VM's Business customers is far less.
