New build connection

Hi,

Can someone help point me in the right direction?

I have a new build home where all the ducting is done ready for connection. I have a friend who works for virgin and has come out and said yes all fine and recommended me to the mates rates team. This has been weeks and they are still saying the address has not registered on their system. my friend has said he can see it on the system and it was approved by his manager. It seems to be stuck with the new build team to get it authorised but it is not happening. There is 3 houses in the same cul-de-sac waiting.

HELP?
