hiya @Semina welcome to the virginmedia communtiy forum, would need a bit more detail, as what happens when you try, what hub do you have, what lights are showing on the hub, when did it stop working? etc etc..
good rule to follow when making forum posts, does the person reading it have enough information to make a reply.
