Hub3 still restarting, droping connection every day

Hi

I have fibre100 with hub 3.0 from at least half year. So far there were no problems. For two weeks I lose my connection every day. The hub looks like it's resetting every few minutes. There's a lots of number T3 errors in my network log.

Power levels are all OK but I see one upstream has dropped to 32qam. Possibly noise on the upstream, only Virgin can check that.

Give it a few days for them to get to you (can take up to a week) and have a look.

Welcome to the community. It's nice to have you here.

 

My apologies you are having an issue with your broadband connection.

 

I've taken a look into this and there is an SNR (signal to noise ratio) fault reported in your area which is causing intermittent connection. The reference number is F005360232 and has a review date of later this evening.

 

Once this has been closed down, we can check your connection and if there are any errors showing, we'll arrange an engineer appointment.

Hi heruka,

I am so sorry about he disconnections you've experienced. I've searched through our historical data and note that some maintenance and upgrade work has been carried out on your part of the network. This may well account for the timeouts you've been getting. My tests show no timeouts for the past day and I'm hoping that your connection has stabilised since your last past.

If not, and if you'd like me to investigate further, please post an update and I'll take another look for you.
