Fault Reference: F003050088

Hello,

 

Can one of the forum team please check up on this fault reference for me?

 

No luck checking it on the 0800 number I was given.

Thanks for getting in touch, I'm sorry you've not had much luck having this fault number investigated as of yet. 

 

I've had a look and fault ref F003050088 for utilisation, this is currently with the planning team so there is not a lot of information I can give you on this currently. I understand that this must be frustrating as I can see you have waited a little while for an update. Unfortunately due to the complex nature of the fault they can some times take a little while to resolved. 

 

We should have more news on this after 05/11/2014. Please give this thread a bump after this time and we'll be able to get an update for you.

Hi Rackers, 

 

Thanks for getting back in touch, Looking at fault ref F003050088 it seems the design team are still looking at how to implement the work required to get this issue resolved. 

 

There is a review of this on 17/12/2014  so we should have more information on this after this date. Please give this thread a bump after this time and we'll get an update for you. 

 

I'm sorry I don't have more news for you as of yet.

Massive packet loss. I guess Virgin are just adding more and more customers despite the issue in my area.

I really hope this doesn't go down the 18 months planning route as this clearly is not acceptable.

Sure thing Rackers,

 

Sorry for the ongoing fault. The latest update shows that work is planned for the new year. No concrete dates as of yet but the estimated review date is 18/03/15.

Hi Rackers,

 

Fault ref: F003050088 is still showing mid-March as the review date for the upgrade work. So nothing has changed just yet. However it all depends on how the pre-upgrade work is proressing - if not complete by next month the target fix date will be shifted.

 

I'd recommend that you request further updates in about a week or two and we'll let you know if there's any new news on this.
