Virgin media engineers fixed a fault in the street a few weeks back and had to work on my connection. Just noticed that they took the front off the box and have not put it back, no where to be seen. I guess this is not good news once rain starts to get into the connection.
How do I get it replaced, there is no email or online facility to raise a fault that I can find? Live web chat always says 'try later'
Probably best to phone for an engineer's visit. Don't waste your time with the offshore call centre, they are worse than useless. Contact the UK based Retentions Team, they can deal with much more than just retentions. 150 from a VM phone (free) or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (standard rate) and follow the prompts 1 > 4 > 5 to 'Thinking of leaving us'.
