Over the past couple of months we have been having problems with our broadband disconnecting. This is now happening several times a day. Sometimes we can just reconnect other times we need to restart the hub. We have spoken to VM a couple of times over the past week and they have changed some settings their end but it's still happening. This is now becoming really annoying as it's happening so often. We live in the CB24 area and have a super hub2 using a wireless connection. Does anybody have any ideas how to solve this problem??
It would be useful to see your Upstream and Downstream power levels.
To access the hub's management screens enter 192.168.0.1 in the URL of your browser. Do not sign in you just want to look at Router Status. Post the data from the two screens here and someone will have a look at them.
Well those stats, power levels and SNR, are all within the specified ranges so no obvious clues there that I can see. Sorry, but hopefully a member of the Forum team can pick this up and do some more investigation for you.
