There was a fault with my newly installed Virgin media phone line, so I had to use my mobile to call customer services. I've just received the bill and was charged £4.45 for a fruitless 10 min call to customer services where I didn't even manage to speak to anyone. However, the 0333 number supplied when I went online to get help was free. Why isn't this made clear?
