reliability issues.

Could you look over the below stats as the power levels look abit out on the upload and ithink maybe on the download as well...

Upload is 45+DBmV isn't that meant to be around 0 or within a max of -10 to 10?

I am getting constant disconnections from Streaming services and PSN Games + Voice chats, Also it is a bad connection for Video chats via Skype. it seems to be upload based but, my connection as a whole just feels wrong.

I get anywhere from 18 to 164Mb down connection and 0.2 to 2.4Mb upload, This taken from 10 tests on Speedtest, net over a 1 hour period starting at 8PM.

Re: reliability issues.

Your stats look fine. (Downstream -6 to +10, upstream 35 - 53ish)

Are you connecting wired or wireless?

If wired does the speed vary during the day? i.e. Does the speed slow down during the evening or at random times?

If wireless you will need to connect directly to the hub by Cat 5e or better ethernet cable with a device equipped with a gigabit network card.

Re: reliability issues.

Wired and random times. It makes using my ps4 impossible, as i am constantly disconnected. I have tried 3 different cables.

Re: reliability issues.

Hi there mike989e,

Really sorry to hear about the connection issue experienced.

I've located your account and can see that you've spoken with the team since posting to chat about this some more.

I've double checked both the equipment levels and network segment and all appears to be performing as expected at present.

Please let me know if this is not the case.

Take care,

Nat_J

Re: reliability issues.

 Hi mike989e,

Sorry again for the trouble.

I think I can see what's causing your problem. I've run a diagnostic and picked up an issue with your upstream power level. I'd like to send a technician to fix this for you.

I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.

Look forward to hearing from you! Smiley Very Happy

Josh
