Hello, I'm in area 15 and been with VM a week but had no broadband connection the whole of 1 march 2017 and anothe whole day a few days before that. Did anyone else in the same area experience the same problem?

I have taken a look and your upstream power levels are too high. I would like to get an engineer out to correct this for you. It looks like this was bought about by a fault in the exchange, the fault has been resolved, ref F005130065. But it has left your upstream power levels too high. I would like to get an engineer out to correct this for you.
