network in london N3

the virgin net drops off on my samsung 4s at least twice a day.  Then I have to initiate a new search and re connect.  Seems to happen quite regularly in parts of London Finchley central???
Also, there seems to be NO e-mail address to contact virgin mobile system about any connection problems???!!!

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum. I'm sorry that you are experiencing a problem with your mobile data connection.

If the mobile data connection speed is slow or dropping on a regular basis, then we need to look into what's causing this. Please check the following:

If there are no issues found on the Mobile Coverage Checker and the other checks do not make a difference, we will need to look into further checks with your SIM card, such as testing your SIM in a different handset to see if this resolves the issue.
