the virgin net drops off on my samsung 4s at least twice a day. Then I have to initiate a new search and re connect. Seems to happen quite regularly in parts of London Finchley central??? Also, there seems to be NO e-mail address to contact virgin mobile system about any connection problems???!!!
If there are no issues found on the Mobile Coverage Checker and the other checks do not make a difference, we will need to look into further checks with your SIM card, such as testing your SIM in a different handset to see if this resolves the issue.
