Super Hub 2 wireless connection drop outs (2G and 5G) Error numbers (68000407, 68010302, 84000510)

Hi,

We have recently been getting a lot of internet drop outs in both 2g and 5g. They have been extremely slow and very hard to use.

We have tried doing factory resets on the super hub but doesn't seem to do any difference.

If anyone could help that would be great!

This is our network log.

Re: Super Hub 2 wireless connection drop outs (2G & 5G) Error numbers (68000407, 68010302, 84000510)

Your downstream power levels are too low and your upstream is running a tad warm.

If you have a barrel shaped attenuator screwed to the back of the hub at the end of the coax cable you can try removing it.

However, there is nothing showing in the logs indicating  the connection between the hub and VM's servers is dropping. You may have a wireless problem as well which is causing the wireless to drop out. Usually changing the wireless channel the hub is broadcasting on can help. It may be wise to get the power levels sorted before going to deeply into the wireless diagnostics.

Hi Callum01,

Welcome to the forum, I've just checked your connection and agree with Griffin that both your up and downstream power levels need some attention.

I've just sent you a private message to arrange a technician visit to adjust this for you.
