Your downstream power levels are too low and your upstream is running a tad warm.
If you have a barrel shaped attenuator screwed to the back of the hub at the end of the coax cable you can try removing it.
However, there is nothing showing in the logs indicating the connection between the hub and VM's servers is dropping. You may have a wireless problem as well which is causing the wireless to drop out. Usually changing the wireless channel the hub is broadcasting on can help. It may be wise to get the power levels sorted before going to deeply into the wireless diagnostics.
