Hi, I am talking to Sonos about connectivity issues I have.
They have told me (via e mail) that a ‘Virgin Media provided service is interfering with Sonos’ it tells me to ‘disable Virgin Media Advanced Network Error Search’ switch off and then reboot. Anyone able to tell me how on earth I can do this ( I know how to switch off and on again obviously.) Ever so grateful for any clues.
This hasn't worked for me (in the sense that I opted out as suggested and it made no difference). Are there any other fixes as I am at my tether end having spent the best part of the day on the phone to Virgin. I have a SNONS PLAY 1
i cant get the link to work either. Might be worth clicking on the chap who sent it to see if you are able to ask him direct. From memory it advised me to turn off the option that gives website suggestions as you are typing an address in. I can’t recall where I found that option but after switching that off everything worked ok. I hope that helps.
