I recently changed my SuperHub from Modem mode to providing DHCP. Throughput OK, but it slows down dramatically after a while and I need to reboot.
I saw another post that identified a problem with the following reply from your team : "I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing slow DNS resolving / connections on your browser. I've run a couple of checks and it does look like your hub is reporting high power levels across the upstream channels, this may well be affecting the connection.
I'd like to book an engineer to sort the power level issues in the first instance. I'll send you a PM (purple envelope, top right) so we can arrange a suitable time slot. Get back to me when you get chance and I'll book something in asap."
