Slow internet speed at night and weekends, TV not working at all

Hi,
We are household of 4 we are using modem mode on the Hub3 and Asus router, situation got better after I bought that router but still, internet connection at nights is awful,weekends as well from 50mbits to 1-2-3-4 maximum and not to mention TV - channels not loading at all, trying to load apps - youtube - loads yes after 10min... Please note that the tv box is disconnected now - no use at all.
Please, advice how to proceed.

Really sorry again for the trouble you've had.

 

I've located your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds at peak times - Ref.(F004247463). Our technicians are working to get this resolved and have set a review date of 29th March 2017.

 

Also, what happens when your TV channels don't load? Do you get an error message, blank screen?
