SIP ALG

Hello any one have the same issue my IP phone just stopped working according to stuff I have read the Virgin SIP ALG feature is the problem I have a link with more info if this helps.

I have tried my IP phone with another broadband service tonight and it works fine 

I need to get this issue resolved so any ideas on how ?

BTW my router is the 2ac option

Sorry to hear that you're having some problems with your IP phone.

 

Sometimes we need to apply some port forwarding rules to enable full use of these devices. Are you able to find out what ports you need access too? The manufacturers should be able to give you this info. You'll find instructions on how to set-up port forwarding here.
