Resetting router daily and high Pre and post RS Errors

Hi,

My broadband has become increasingly unstable and effectively "grinds to a halt" once or twice on a daily basis.  I can get things going again after I rebooting the router.  I think there is something wrong with my broadband connection.  I have done some reading that suggest my power level aren't right and I am getting very high pre and post RS errors, which I believe relates to dropped packets and is a sign of problem that need resolving?  Anyway, screen shot below of my network status page - Are these these reading abnormal......?

Both your downstream power levels and SNR are out of spec. Ive flagged for staff.

Hi there hicky,

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.

Sorry to read that you are having issues with your broadband connection.

As Kippies mentioned the downstream power levels and Modem SNR are not within range. For this I can book an engineer appointment for you to get this looked into. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) requesting some details.

Hope to hear from you soon

Sam

Hi - just to let you that engineer came out today and, fingers crossed, looks like all sorted! Smiley Happy   Turns out removal of a old rusting t-junction, tweak at the cabinet and a new Superhub 3 did the trick!  Power levels below from new modem :  Kippie/Sam - thanks for your help.
