Has anyone else been effected by the no signal message this week meaning no tv or broadband for hours at a time? I am getting really annoyed now as this has happened to me every day this week and usually for about 6 hours at a time! I keep helpfully being told that looks like it is a problem in your area so I will just have to wait for it to be fixed. This is acceptable for one day maybe two but for 6 days! I am starting to think freeview or sky maybe a better option!

I have tested things from here and I can see that your area cable's SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) is too low. Our engineers are currently working to resolve this to the best of their ability.
The reference number for this is F004846421 and is currently scheduled to be reviewed around 08/11/16. Should you require any further updates on this, post back here around that date and we'll gladly take a look at this for you.
