No internet

It's been three days, tried everything and I still have no network. When will this be fixed?!! My box is flashing green non-stop

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear that you have no internet. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here and everything looks great! No errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of the power levels are within the preferred ranges.

Are you still having these issues? If so, please respond to me here and let me know what light sequence is on your Hub.

Also how are you connected, wired or wireless?
