No i internet for 2 weeks

Engineer came to house and said its fault with the cable and left.

He said he will arrange someone to fix the cable.

This happened on Sunday, No update after that. Don't know whats happening.

I never even imagined i will get this kind of terrible customer service from virgin Media.

Now when i talk to the support team they said, a technician has been appointed on FEB 2nd to fix this. What the hell is happening?

No one updated me in first place.

When i go back and ask them, they said FEB 2nd so, 2 months with out internet what the hell is happening?
