My IP address has changed and I cant now access my superhub 2

Signed up for a VPN today. After getting the service I attempted to access the superhub 2 to change the firewall settings, but it wouldn't accept my password. I then reset the router to access it through the default password but still no joy. Support on the VPN site said the IP address was not one of theirs and that I didn't appear to be connected so the problem lies elsewhere. Any ideas anyone?

I am having similar problems to you, no help on here I am afraid, may ring Virgin

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling to access your Superhub. Assuming that you've performed a full factory reset - held a safety pin or something likewise into the reset hold for 30 seconds after you feel it click, then all passwords should be default.

 

If you're positive that you've reset your Superhub, but you're still unable to log in, please let me know via PM.
