Laptops won't connect

hi,

 

 I can connect my iPad, iPhone, smart tv easily but laptops don't seem to find the network even when your next too it. Good quality laptop, but finds neighbours wifi signal but not mine.   Any ides?

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

I'm sorry to read you are having issues with connecting your laptops to the wireless network.

Are the laptops on the same Windows Operating System or are they different?

Do the laptops work through a wired connection?

With the Hub it broadcasts the both networks (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) as one. It may be worth separating these to make it easier for your devices to connect too. In order to do this, type in 192.168.0.1 in the address bar, sign in with the details underneath the router and click on Wireless under Advanced on the left hand side.
