I'm in SE London (03 Area) & internet has gone down. Normally I'd check service status but I can't even get to that because of maintenance being done on Virgin website. Have important work to send off & (not related) on day 4 without cigarettes so I'm tearing my hair out. Just need to know if it's area wide or just me. Then I can take appropriate action. And yes,I've done the usual checks, re-boots etc. Green lights on hub. Thanks folks
I have an engineer coming - next week. This has been happening on & off since last July. Admittedly, the down times have been less than 10, but the underlying problem has obviously not been fixed. This is what annoys me. The engineers seem baffled. When it's working I have no complaints whatsoever. It does seem to 'die' when I have important work to send off. It costs me a fortune in mobile wifi costs.
