Internet dropping in and out

Hi,

We have been having issues with our wifi for quite a while. The connection will frequently drop in and out on both wired and wireless devices, usually for only a minute or so but this can go on for quite some time. The connection will usually become more stable as time goes on and doesn't always happen every day but over the Christmas period it was increasingly unreliable with long periods of downtime. Not sure whether it was just our issue or a wider outage (Cardiff area).

It was happening this morning but seems to have calmed down now.

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your intermittent issues with your connection dropping in and out. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here and I can see that your downstream power levels are on the lower end of the scale, I would like to arrange for these to be investigated further by one of our engineers for you.

I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll get this sorted for you.
