Have got the top package in terms of speed (going up to 200mbps soon) and all was OK until a couple of weeks ago when our devices kept disconnecting or not even connecting at all.
2G is intermittent and keeps dropping, sometimes not seeming to broadcast at all. 5G only seems discoverable randomly - it appears and works on my ipad whereas the 2G is really slow, two laptops which used to connect OK cannot now even find the 5G signal! Sometimes it will see 5G but repeatedly tell me the passphrase is wrong even when it's not.
Have rebooted and reset the Hub which customer services have also done which resolved the issue for a day or so. Have also tried changing channels but with no improvement.
But it keeps on happening and the speeds have slowed down loads.
I think it's a router issue as nothing in terms of router location, devices etc have changed at all - it's just that the router has starting playing up. Have requested a new router but this was refused as a factory reset of it "cured" the problem.
Welcome to our forum, I am sorry you are having disconnecting problems with the hub. I notice that the hub transmit power levels are too high and this may cause you some instability although not specifically the wireless.
