Flashing light

HI

I have a green flashing light on my Tivo box, I assume it's a network light indicating theirs a problem connecting to my box but I am unable to fix it, is this a common fault and how do I go about fixing it

Hi Gizzy1984, 

Thanks for posting about the flashing light and your connection issues, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have run some checks from here and I can see that there's a few time outs inside the Hubs logs, an engineer will be required to attend in order to resolve this for you.
