What on earth is going on with broadband and telephone in Cobham, KT11?
We have been down for 6 days so far with daily promises of fixes which are not met.
What compensation does Virgin pay for such a long outage?
You will only get a pro-rata payment and you should call in now to make sure you get this when the outage is over.
I ended up speaking with Virgin and as yu mentioned, was only offered a pro-rata refund. I asked for extra goodwill consideration though and they agreed to pay a further £15 - moral victory at least...
