Continual problem streaming and only 3 items connected (TV box and 2 mobile phones) To say that fibre is faster is a joke. Moved to Virgin to get fibre and it is no better than previous provider. Will be cancelling our account if we do not receive what was promised.

Apologies for the ongoing peak time slow speed problems, networks are planning network infrastructure upgrades on F003909971 to add capacity, with April the current review date on how things are progressing.
