Broadband

Recently changed my address and wanted to reactivate my broardband in my Jew property which I ran virgin up to be basically fobbed off 3 times now .. Rang twice today and the last time I was told I'd be rang straight back to save me having a massive bill trying sort this issue out 3 hours later still no phone call I'm not happy with this service ..
