Broadband problem

Broadband appears as not in range but it's connected to my iPhone just not on laptop or android tablet. Help please

Sorry to hear about your wireless connection problems.

 

Often changing the operating wireless channel will help. Please take a look at this help article - Changing the Virgin Media router's wireless channel / frequency if you get a chance, it'll show you how to sign into your Hub and make the changes.
