i have upgraded to a hub 4 and had 2 Wi-Fi pods and neither will connect. I have been sent a third pod which I have received and connected straight away but the other two pods still will not connect can you support with this.

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Forums.
I'm sorry to hear you've recently changed your Hub, and your Pods have stopped working. When changing your Hub, our systems automatically update the Pods to be paired with your new Hub. Unfortunately, this sometimes fails for various different reasons and requires manual re-pairing.
I'm going to send you a private message, so we can pair these for you. Please look out for it in the top-right, white envelope or by tapping your profile picture, and then "Messages".
