monthly contract upgrade 3rd email missing

I'm trying to upgrade my monthly contract, as you so helpfully pointed out, I can now upgrade as my contract finishes on the 18th May 2016

I pick the phone i want, go to the basket, say it's an upgrade.  So far so good, then, I get the first 2 emails.  I follow the instructions, and there's no 3rd email.  My phone will not be delivered till they get the information on the 3rd email.  I ring support and there's no-one there, so I have to sit here all weekend with no answer

I would appreciate some help, preferably being able to actually speak to someone rather than twiddle my thumbs for 3 days

Hoping you can help with this annoying issue

in case you hadn't already got it. Here is the number to speak with the Upgrades team directly: 0345 183 1150

Open Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 9am-5pm, Sunday Closed. (Unfortunately I have no idea of their Bank Holiday arrangements).
