credit agreement number and security key for handset

Hi,

I've misplaced details of the credit agreement for the handset. I'm unable to log into the mobile page "View your Virgin Mobile credit agreement details".

The link under "Don’t have your details to hand? Find out where you can find them." redirects me to the help section but doesn't provide any help. Searching doesn't give any details either.

How can I retrieve this information so I can login and check the balance?

I'm having the same issue when I follow that link for finding your details, so I'll get this reported with the team.

The information you require should have been sent to you via email, however if you still can't find it, the dedicated handset loan team can confirm the balance for you, just call us on 789 / 0345 600 0789 and we'll get you in touch with the right team.
