I just want to make this issue clear. I had virgin payg mobile n I switched to virgin pay monthly contract with new number. I now wish to migrate payg number to monthly contract phone but 789 told me not possible! Please help!
Yeah there shouldn't be an issue as long as both numbers are still active the Pay as you Go number should be able to migrate to the monthly contract SIM. If the Pay as you go number was cancelled and the contract activated on this SIM with a new number then you would not be able to migrate it.
Basically if you can still log into Your Account under the old Pay as you go SIM then this is still active so available to be moved to the contract phone.
